Tried out a new cheesecake recipe cos I lost the previous one. Substituted the butter for the digestive crumbs with a blend of canola and olive oil this time round and the base reeked of oil. It didnt go as well on a whole compared to the past occasions and the base was kinda crumbly!
Lesson learnt: use butter or more butter compared to oil (if you want it healthier). It was still good overall. Om nom nom nobody could say no to a classic cheesecake!
